At Triona Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Irish tweed and wool garments. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 28-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete Return Form

  Locate the return form included in your original delivery and fill out the details regarding which items you are returning and the reason for the return.

  Package Your Item

  Place the unworn garment with all original tags still attached into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the return address to your package and send it via a tracked postal service; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
